Aero-Engines Europe 2021 returns to its in-person format at the Radisson Blu Atlantic, Stavanger, Norway, but it will also take place on the Brella virtual platform simultaneously. The hybrid concept refers to the combination of the in-person event and the virtual platform. To learn more about hybrid and Brella, click here.
This means that alongside the traditional in-person registration, we are adding a virtual-only registration option for those that cannot attend physically due to travel restrictions.
Aero-Engines Europe 2021 will be organised in accordance with Informa’s AllSecure health and safety standard. The in-person early bird delegate rate of $1,299 plus VAT is available until 13 October, 2021. Bookings made after this date will be charged at $1,499 plus VAT.
If you are attending as a group of 3+ a 15% discount will be applied. Simply choose the category "In-person Attendee - Group" when registering.

For those that cannot attend the event in-person, the virtual-only rate is $599 per delegate.
Aero-Engines Europe gathers senior level decision makers from the aero-engine MRO sector, with representatives from airlines, OEMs, MROs, lessors, suppliers and consultancies. Click here to view a list of 2020 attendees to gain an insight on who you can meet at the conference.
There are numerous opportunities for you to network with the attendees throughout the conference, including;
- Two evening receptions on 30 November and 1 December (in-person attendance only)
- Networking breaks (refreshments, coffee and lunches) throughout the agenda
- Chat and video networking features on the Brella platform
We work closely with buyers to overcome their toughest challenges and address their core issues, and their presence at our conferences is integral to our success. Therefore we warmly invite qualifying representatives from airline operators and technical procurement representatives from leasing companies to attend Aero-Engines Europe free of charge.
Qualifying representatives for airlines must hold a job function within the areas of purchasing, maintenance, overhaul, engineering, supply chain or technology. Representatives in sales/trading/business development/marketing/customer service roles or from third party maintenance affiliates do not qualify for a free place. Simply register online choosing the airline option to apply for an airline pass.
Qualifying representatives for leasing companies must hold a job function in technical procurement. Please email [email protected] in order to obtain a promotional code for booking.

Upon completion of your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing all event information as well as a receipt of payment, or an invoice, depending on your payment method. If you have registered and not received this email, please contact [email protected]
Registration can be made online. We do accept registrations onsite, however we would recommend registering in advance to save time on arrival.
You will be able to collect your badge during the Welcome Reception from 6pm - 8pm on 30 December, or between 8am - 9am on 1 & 2 December.
